Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to spa appointments and services provided by Sra Thnam in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Appointments

All sessions are offered by appointment and remain subject to availability.

Appointments may be requested through:

  • our online booking system;
  • our website contact form;
  • WhatsApp;
  • direct communication with Sra Thnam.

A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us or from our booking system.

Please check the selected date, time and treatment carefully.

2. Payment

Unless otherwise stated during booking, payment is made at the spa after your session.

We do not normally require online prepayment or a deposit for spa appointments.

Available payment methods may be confirmed at the time of booking or arrival.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible if your plans change.

Where a booking confirmation includes a cancellation or rescheduling link, you may use that link. You may also contact us directly.

Sra Thnam prepares each ritual personally and accepts only a limited number of guests per day. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other guests from booking that time.

Guests who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be asked to confirm future appointments in advance or may be unable to rebook during busy periods.

4. Arrival and lateness

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the session so that the following appointment is not delayed. The full session price may still apply.

If the delay is substantial, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

5. Age requirements

Guests must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.

Treatments for minors remain subject to prior approval by Sra Thnam and may be declined where they are not considered appropriate.

6. Health information

Before treatment, you may be asked to complete a questionnaire or discuss relevant health information.

Please tell us before the session if you:

  • are pregnant or may be pregnant;
  • have a medical condition;
  • have allergies or skin sensitivities;
  • have a recent injury, operation or open wound;
  • have a heart or circulatory condition;
  • are taking medication;
  • are receiving medical treatment;
  • have been advised to avoid massage, heat, steam, herbs or essential oils.

This information helps us decide whether a treatment should be adapted, postponed or avoided.

You remain responsible for seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional where you are uncertain whether a treatment is appropriate.

7. Nature of our services

Sra Thnam provides traditional Khmer wellness rituals intended to support relaxation, comfort and general well-being.

Our services are not medical treatments and are not intended to:

  • diagnose a medical condition;
  • cure or prevent disease;
  • replace medical advice;
  • replace treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional.

Results and individual experiences may vary.

8. Right to adapt or refuse a service

We may adapt, postpone or refuse a treatment where we reasonably believe that:

  • the treatment may be unsuitable;
  • relevant health information has not been disclosed;
  • the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  • the guest behaves in an abusive, threatening, sexual or inappropriate manner;
  • the safety or comfort of the guest or our team may be affected.

A session may be stopped immediately in the event of inappropriate behaviour.

9. Personal belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the spa.

Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables. Sra Thnam cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage unless caused directly by our negligence.

10. Prices and service information

Prices, durations and descriptions shown on the website may be updated from time to time.

The applicable price is the price confirmed when the appointment is booked, unless an obvious error has occurred.

Images and descriptions are provided to explain the general character of each ritual. Individual sessions may be adapted according to the guest’s needs and the practitioner’s assessment.

11. Privacy

Personal information provided for a booking or treatment is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Health information is used only to assess and manage the suitability of the treatment.

12. Changes or cancellations by Sra Thnam

Occasionally, we may need to change or cancel an appointment due to illness, operational circumstances or events outside our reasonable control.

Where this happens, we will contact you and offer another available appointment.

13. Applicable rules

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Cambodia.

Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
