By booking a ritual at Sra Thnam, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
All sessions are by appointment only and can be booked online.
Payment is made in person at the spa, after your session.
We do not request pre-payment or deposit online.
2. Cancellations & No-shows
If your plans change, please cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email.
We prepare each ritual personally and only host a small number of guests per day. Last-minute no-shows prevent others from enjoying this experience.
Guests who miss their appointment without notice may not be able to rebook during busy periods.
3. Guest Requirements & Health Information
Guests must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.
Before your treatment, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. Please use this opportunity to inform us if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions, or are currently under medical treatment, as some treatments may need to be adapted or avoided.
4. Spa Experience
Sra Thnam offers traditional Khmer wellness rituals for relaxation and well-being. These are not medical treatments and are not intended to replace professional medical care.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. Privacy
Any personal data you provide (name, email, phone) is used solely to manage your appointment. We do not share your data with third parties.
You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies.
